Welcome to the vibrant world of pastel art, where light dances across the canvas, and every stroke tells a story. I am Elizabeth Norris Cutler, a pastel artist originally hailing from Eastern North Carolina and now calling the sunny shores of Tampa, Florida, my home.
Inspired by the timeless masterpieces of the Impressionists and Post-Impressionists, my work captures the essence of fleeting moments, infusing them with a sense of movement and luminosity. With each piece, I aim to transport viewers to a world where colors sing and emotions dance.
